The film Tusalava will be projected on a floating screen in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition and synched to three different soundtracks on a loop, including Mutantis, the score originally produced by Big Bang Lab for the Clonic Mutations programme at Tate Modern [ ...read more ]
In addition to the film, the show will feature few drawings by Lye from the 1930s and two large paintings from the 70s based on those drawings and Tusalava. One of Lye’s kinetic sculptures, called Universe, will also be included in the show.
